The beautiful white kitchen has stainless appliances (dishwasher, range, refrigerator with water/ice dispenser, garbage disposal), granite counters and a food pantry stocked with your basic needs.  There is a formal dining room with a table and chairs to accommodate 6 or more.

The screened in porch (lanai) has a sunny eastern exposure right on the lake.  There are blinds to keep the sun out while you still have the advantage of being able to enjoy the lakeside views.  The lanai is accessible from the kitchen, living room, and master bedroom via sliding doors.  

The master bedroom has a king size bed with a high end tempurpedic mattress, bureau drawers and vanity, flat screen tv, and walk in closet. It's ensuite bath has 2 sinks, a separate shower with grab bars and a bench, an oversized tub and private toilet. 

In a separate wing is the guest bedroom with a queen bed. The office/den/3rd bedroom has a trundle bed (two twins) and a desk and tv.  The two bedrooms share an updated bath (tub and shower) and are separate from the master suite affording wonderful privacy for guests.  There is also a washer/ dryer.

Take a 5 minute walk to a gorgeous heated pool and hot tub and plenty of lounge chairs and umbrellas, both in the sun and shade. There are also numerous social activities if interested.

The stunning waterfront marina and clubhouse at Gulf Harbour is a about a mile walk, drive or bike ride away, with a western exposure perfect for watching sunsets. By the marina is a bridge over to a charming island with a small beach and playground and walking paths.  It is located on the Caloosahatchie River across from Cape Coral, close to Sanibel and Captiva Islands.

There are hundreds of restaurants and shops nearby, along with and historic downtown Ft. Myers with the famous Thomas Edison/ Henry Ford museums.  Some shops and restaurants are within walking distance just outside the gate.  The convenient RSW (Regional Southwest airport) is an easy 30 minute drive.

Available for rent for a 30 day minimum, the price varies depending on the season.  Free wifi internet and utilities are included; however the tenant is responsible for an application fee, state tourist tax and a cleaning fee.  

We guarantee you will feel right at home in this special comfy home with stunning views.  The community is peaceful and idyllic with all sorts of beautiful birds and nature right at your doorstep.   It is completely outfitted with everything a renter could need including ample kitchen and paper supplies, beach towels, bed linens, 3 bicycles, a large flat screen TV, beach chairs, games, puzzles, books etc.
